Shipping policy

Shipping: All packages are sent with Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post). Large items can be sent with couriers if requried by customers.

Pick up: We are located in Novar Gardens South Australia and you are welcome to pick up your order. Pick up is free of charge. An email will be sent once your order is ready for collection.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed.
